Lawrence F. Jindra, M.D. is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Oxford; he served as a White House Fellow and as Battalion Surgeon, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines; Dr. Jindra is Chief Emeritus of Ophthalmology, Winthrop University Hospital. He is the author of numerous scientific and medical articles and was awarded a United States patent; this is his first foray into general publishing. He currently resides on Long Island in his home town.
